Exchanges and Refunds must be in accordance to these terms and conditions:
Customers can call the customer service hotline at +974 4036 2211 or fill up the Exchange/Refund form at the website to start the process.
Exchange and refund of goods are available within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Underwear, socks and swimwear will not be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene concerns.
All goods must be returned in original condition, unused and in unopened packaging, tags.
Exchange is subject to availability. – Please check if exchange process is available from operational side. Normally, online stores don’t provide exchange and asking for return and place new order due to the complicated operational process behind. If unavailable, the cost will be refunded or transferred to the customer’s credit wallet.
Items bought at a discounted price will be refunded at the same cost.
Customers will be refunded the item price and delivery fee. Reverse pick up from the customer we will be charged accordingly if the item doesn’t have manufacturing defect, if item has manufacturing defect return is for free. Customers will be refunded the item price and delivery fee. If a customer wants to return/exchange an item which does not have a manufacturing defect, only the item price will be refunded.
All refunds will be made through the method of payment only.
A return/replacement invoice will be issued to the customer.
